These aren’t just houses. They’re the core of our lives and although moving is exciting, it’s also an extremely stressful time. Sometimes you’ll need to vent. With 3 brokers and a dedicated support team including a transaction director and a business development and client care advocate, we have the time and resources to help. We routinely provide our listings with professional staging consultations and photographers, on us. Need help eliminating clutter? We can refer you to a professional organizer. Does your home need to be painted or does the landscaping need refreshing? We have those resources too. And if you’re buying a home, we’ve got movers, insurance agents, locksmiths, and more. Even if you bought or sold from us years ago, we’re always happy to talk about the current market, advise you on home values in your neighborhood, chat about updating your home, or provide a referral to one of our long list of service providers.
Our clients aren’t just a part of another real estate transaction. They’re our friends. They become family. We get baby announcements and are invited to weddings. When you do real estate with us, we want to be your Realtor for life, and those are words we put into action. We stay involved in our client’s lives by dropping by with Mother’s Day flowers, giving an encouraging call after a tough week, or stopping by with a growler of Brian’s latest home-brewed beer. We also give back to the community by contributing a portion of each transaction to one of four local organizations: Oregon Humane Society, Dorenbecher Children’s Hospital, Friends of the Columbia River Gorge, and Northwest Children’s Outreach.
