If the phones get answered and the lights stay on, we have Kim to thank for it. She’s the force keeping the office running on a day-to-day basis and handles Tienken & Associates RE/MAX equity group’s marketing efforts. Kim also oversees our robust aftercare program for past clients, which is one of the many ways we set ourselves apart from the competition.

Q: What are you listening to right now?

A: A 5 installment podcast from Fresh Life Church in Montana called Unnecessary Roughness and country music.

Q: What’s Your Favorite Pacific Northwest vacation spot?

A: Sun River, Oregon

Q: If money were no object, how would you spend your time?

A: Bob Goff said, “God’s plan for us is usually where our passions, our purpose, and our abilities intersect,” so I would continue to do this!

Q: What’s your dream home view?

A: A snow capped mountain and a beautiful river with family not far from sight.

Q: What do you love most about working in real estate?

A: The great relationships we have with our clients.

Q: What was your first job?

A: I was a cashier at Rodeo Drug Store in Clovis, California.

Q: What’s the #1 tip you’d give to someone just entering the market?

A: Trust your Broker.

Q: Do you have a secret favorite spot in the city for celebrating big events?

A: For big or small celebrations, I enjoy going to Toro Bravo.

Q: Who or what are you passionate about?

A:  God, our family, and Community Thyme (teaching cooking classes to women).
